    Thursday, May 8: Fly to Munich or Vienna, arriving Friday, May 9 early AM into Munich or before 1pm into Vienna.

     

        You will be driven to Adamstal (approx 4 hours from Munich; 1 hour from Vienna) where we will check into the delightful lodge, tucked between the mountain and the pro shop. 

     

        We will enjoy lunch before heading to our tee times at 3:00 and 3:10 on the beautiful 9-hole Wallerbach Course. A refreshing eye-opening round to shake of any jet lag before returning lodge to prepare for an early dinner. 

     

    Saturday, May 10: 

        A lovely breakfast awaits us before we head to the range to prepare for our 9:30 and 9:40 tee times on the spectacular Championship Course. 

     

    We will have lunch at Adamstal before driving to Vienna (approx 1 hour). 

     

    here we will check into The Imperial Riding School Hotel. Time to freshen up before the evening activities. You have an option this evening: The spectacular Vienna State Opera House is presenting Roméo et Juliette,

    Opera in five acts; Music Charles Gounod; Text Michel Carré & Jules Barbier. Dinner following the opera. 

     

    Sunday, May 11:

        Breakfast at the hotel before heading out on the day's adventures. Again, you have options:

        1) at 11am to 1pm: enjoy the world famous Lippizan stallions as they perform at the Spanish Riding School within the royal palace in Vienna

        afternoon on your own to tour Vienna

     

        or

        2) Play golf at the Golf Club of Vienna, the oldest club in Austria. 

        afternoon on your own to tour Vienna

     

    Evening option: The spectacular Vienna State Opera House is presenting Ballett Pathétique, Two icons of New York modern dance, Merce Cunningham and George Balanchine, meet in a world premiere by Martin Schläpfer. 

        Dinner following the Ballet.

     

     

     

    Monday, May 12:

    Breakfast at the hotel before departing for Slovenia. A 4-hour scenic drive through the Austrian Alps, arriving at our home for the next 2 nights, Royal Bled Golf Course. aptly described as 'Heaven on Earth'.

     

    We will arrive in time for lunch on the terrace overlooking the golf course and the mountains surrounding it.  Once refreshed we can head to the driving range and the Academy to hone our skills before heading out for a 9-hole round on the Lakes Course. 

     

    Dinner at Royal Bled and a nightcap in the bar, before heading upstairs for a well-deserved sleep. 

     

     

    Tuesday, May 13:

    Breakfast at Royal Bled, then a morning round of golf on the championship King's Course. A refreshing lunch at the course before touring the area, including the local castle that has been part of the scenery throughout your round of golf. 

     

    This evening our driver will escort us to the adorable mountain town of Kranjska Gora for a delicious meal. Back to Bled for a nightcap.

     

    Wednesday, May 14:

    Breakfast at Royal Bled, then a scenic drive through the Julian Alps to the Soch Valley, stopping at the Golf Club Bovec, where you have the option to play 9 or 18 holes before continuing on to our home for the night: Hisa Franko. 

     

    This stunning small hotel is home to the world-renowned chef, Ana Roš. her Michelin 3 Star restaurant will amaze and delight. Sleep well after the MULTI-course meal with wine pairings.

     

    Thursday, May 15:

    A leisurely Breakfast at Hisa Franko, then a short (90-minute) drive through the forests and along the Italian adriatic coast into Croatia. 

     

    We will check into the lovely Kempinski Hotel Adriatic where we can enjoy the amenities including a full service spa, gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the adriatic, and a brief lunch before heading out. 

     

    Our first stop is a wine tasting at the lovely and historic Steras Winery, followed by dinner at Hisa Torkla with stunning views over the vineyard covered slopes. Our driver will then deliver us to the gorgeous ancient sea-side Slovenian town of Piran for a nightcap overlooking the harbor and out to the Adriatic Sea, before escorting us back to the Kempinski.

     

    Friday, May 16:

    Breakfast at the hotel before heading to the adjoining golf course: Golf Adriatic/PGA National Croatia, where we will play 18 holes and enjoy lunch.

     

    Out next stop is a 2-hour drive north toward the Alps, to the stunning Hotel Milka, where we will be able to freshen up, maybe enjoy the private sauna, and soak in the views of the national park that is directly outside your windows. We will stroll across the street for a casual al fresco dinner overlooking the glacier-fed lake, getting our first look at the myriad hiking opportunities that surround us. 

     

    Saturday, May 17:

    Breakfast at Milka, then a day of hiking through the national park, returning to Milka to freshen up before another amazing (Michelin 2 Star) meal to celebrate our adventure and perhaps to determine the winning golf team(s) for the week..

     

    Sunday, May 18:

    a relaxing breakfast at Milka, perhaps another sauna, and a late check out before driving to Munich.

     

    Pretzels and beer anyone? We'll enjoy the beautiful Munich Aldstadt (Old City) before turning in for the night in preparation for our departing flights the next morning.
