A Business Set in Stone – Janet and Kristin at The Stone of Accord at the Old Head, Ireland
Welcome to A Mindful walk!
A Mindful Walk was developed by two golf and travel inspired women, Kristin Ericson and Janet Van Dyke, to share the love of golf and everything that surrounds it. As an ex-European Tour Player and golf instructor, Kristin’s philosophy is to provide players of all skill levels and ages a fun, easy-to-follow program to improve their game, physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Janet’s vision as a business owner, world renowned speaker, and global traveler, is to open the minds and hearts of the discerning golfer, taking them on dream trips through the world of golf and the connections that happen therein.
Players who are new to the sport, or returning to golf after a hiatus, will find drills and theory on swing dynamics, exercises to help improve their game, mindfulness and meditation tips to help bring joy to both practice and play. You might even find a recipe or two! The site will be ever-changing and building with new and exciting topics on a consistent basis.
Students of the game can further their studies through instructional programs aimed at progressively improving all aspects of the game. Course work such as “How to Create Routines” to course management ideas such as “Playing the Course in Stages,” will be available at your own pace.
Golfers who love to travel (or discerning travelers who love to golf) will find amazing and beautiful reviews of courses from around the globe combined with sample itineraries covering trips to those ‘once in a lifetime, bucket list’ courses and venues.
