AMW Faves List

Favorite Par 3 – #5 – splendid, spectacular, stunning. Just a few adjectives for this first par 3 something extra special.
Favorite Par 4 – #1 – rarely is the first hole the best par 4 but at Belgrades, the dramatic opener gets the nod.
Favorite Par 5 – #16 – uphill off the tee to a narrow fairway then a forced carry over a serene pond.  Boom!
Favorite Hole Design – #12 – it is the longest on the card and one of the most challenging.  Downhill off the drive to a blind second.  Brilliant!
Easiest Hole – #2 – a short par 3 that plays downhill.
Hardest Hole – #9 – for a number of reasons including a plethora of landscaping that adds to the drama.
Favorite Extra Sighting – view of the Belgrade Lakes, white-granite outcroppings and natural rock formations.
Favorite Apres Golf – nature walk, kayaking, paddle-boarding.
Where to Stay – The Norumbega, Wolf Cove Inn, Inn by the Sea, Village Inn and Tavern
Where to Eat –  Village Inn, Arborvine, The Coplin, 122 Corson, Sadies Boathouse, Scapes Café & Bakery (breakfast)
