Whitefish Lake Golf Club – North
Whitefish, montana
Where Golf Meets Montan History
AMW Faves List
Favorite Par 3 – #4 – a stunning par 3 to start off the short holes. Water down the left and the design cut into the trees.
Favorite Par 4 – #17 – brilliant artistry on this meticulous par 4. Water halfway down the hole on the left and an every so slight bend to the right at the end.
Favorite Par 5 – #16 – long but fair, water down the left and a crescent shaped fairway to a narrow landing on approach. It is reachable but just!
Favorite Hole Design – #13 – straight but ferocious, tight but fair. A masterpiece of work on this hole.
Easiest Hole – #15 – it is a pretty par 3 that plays into your hand if you just go for the middle of the green.
Hardest Hole – #3 – just a beast no matter how you slice it. Long and tight and full of might.
Favorite Extra Sighting – the wildlife members!
Favorite Apres Golf – Glacier National Park, walk through Whitefish
Where to Stay – The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, Coyote Blue Estate, Larch House, Grouse Mountain Lodge, Firebrand Hotel, Snow Bear Chalet (for the more adventurous!).
Where to Eat – Herb & Omni, Whitefish Lake Restaurant, Enga, Last Chair Kitchen & Bar, The Belvedere (small bites), Wild Coffee Company (coffee), Vibrant Roots Organic (juice bar)
