Spruce Peaks Golf Course
Stowe, Vermont
Playing Through the Landscape of New England
AMW Faves List
Favorite Par 3 – #6 – beautiful shot over the lake creating drama and a storyline to your round.
Favorite Par 4 – #4 – hilly and very demanding shot-making and thoughtful decision making.
Favorite Par 5 – #8 – long with elevation changes that create challenge and fun. The risk-reward is worth it here if you have a good drive.
Favorite Hole Design – #15 – a well-designed par 4 that requires an approach shot over a stunning rockface wall. With natural elevation changes and panoramic views of the mountains, this is a stunner!
Easiest Hole – #4 – the favorite is also the easiest. There are very few hazards on this hole making it inviting and welcoming.
Hardest Hole – #15 – a big drive is needed on this hole to carry the rockface wall. The approach is still long even after a good first shot.
Favorite Extra Sighting – moose and bald eagles
Favorite Apres Golf –
