Whale tales in a Golfing Story
AMW Faves List
Favorite Par 3 – #3 – textures and flavor – a tasty little par three at the beginning of the round.
Favorite Par 4 – #11 – a beautifully designed par 4 that captures your imagination and meets the eye.
Favorite Par 5 – #9 – interesting, challenging, captivating, yet conquerable – all the necessities for a good par 5.
Favorite Hole Design – #12 – aesthetically we chose the 3rd for the favorite par 3, but for a design – the 12th is it. Great hole from every tee.
Easiest Hole – #1 – rarely is the first hole the easiest but Palmer provides a great opportunity to start with birdie.
Hardest Hole – #18 – if you don’t know the course, this hole will give you a panic attack at the end. It is what you don’t see.
Favorite Extra Sighting – black squirrels, views to the ocean
